Yahnny is a Filipina American with Polynesian roots, carving out space in one of tourism’s most male-dominated sectors. Over more than 20 years in hospitality and adventure travel, she has built companies from the ground up, generated $45M+ in sales, and led projects across 50 countries. Her path — from growing up in Philadelphia as the daughter of immigrants to relearning how to walk after a car accident, and later managing luxury adventure operations in Hawai‘i — reflects resilience and a vision for equity in travel. Today, based in Sweden, her mission is to widen the frame of who belongs in the outdoors and who leads it.

Erik is an outdoor professional with extensive experience in planning and executing events across water, ice, and snow.
With a background spanning from special forces service to entrepreneurship and the founding of several outdoor ventures, he thrives in his role as Operator at Nomado - overseeing strategic and tactical planning, on-site operational support, and remote base setups.
